1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME and CHARGES
1.1 We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form.
1.2 We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated below but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

a) Please allow 1 to 2 business days from day order is placed for items to leave warehouse plus shipping time
b) Please note business days are Monday to Friday and exclude federal public holidays within Malaysia
c) Orders placed after 11.00am Monday through Thursday will ship the following day
d) Orders placed on Friday after 11.00am will ship the following Monday
e) Dive In delivers only to Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time
1.3 Whilst we use our best endeavors to fulfill such orders, we cannot be held responsible if the products are not available at a given point in time. It is further noted that dispatch times indicated above are a guide and are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.
1.4 You will be provided with a tracking number upon confirmation of your order. Please login to www.diveinapparel.com.my to check your tracking number and to track your order.
1.5 Delivery charges will be calculated based on total purchase amount and postal code of the delivery address. The delivery charges guideline above may be subject to change as advised by the courier service company.
1.6 If you request for redelivery, we are entitled to charge for providing the service.
2. DELIVERY ADDRESS
2.1 Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours as on the delivery of the product, you are required to sign for delivery. If a work address is provided, Dive In requires the business and receivers’ names.
2.2 You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages before you sign for delivery. All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery.
2.3 Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provided us when you made your order and we will arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
2.4 Once an order has been dispatched, Dive In is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.
2.5 It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Dive In immediately of any change to their delivery address.
2.6 We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
